Jay Gilliland, an evangelist and teacher for over twenty-five years, currently serves as the Director of Operations for the KELP Christian Radio Ministry headquartered in El Paso, Texas.

KELP broadcasts at 1590AM and 95.9FM in El Paso, Texas, at 89.3FM in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and internationally via internet streaming. He has traveled extensively teaching God’s Word both nationally, and internationally, and can be heard on the weekly program “Faith in Action.” In addition he serves as host for the program “Prayers & Answers,” a live call-in program featuring a panel of ministers who answer bible questions, pray for special needs, and discuss issues pertaining to eternal life. Jay and his wife reside in El Paso, Texas. They are the parents of five grown children and four grandchildren.
